Commissary

 Touchpay

Residents of the Durham County Detention Facility have access to a commissary where they may purchase items and snack foods.  Loved ones can assist them in doing so by adding funds to their commissary account either in person at the facility, through the U.S. mail with a money order, or online or by phone via the TouchPay website. Those using the website will need to first create an account. To do so you will need the facility ID number for the Durham County Detention Facility - 227701 and the inmate number for the person you will be sending funds to.  You can obtain the inmate number by calling the detention center.

Money Orders may be mailed to:

Durham County Detention Facility
P.O. Box 544
Durham, NC 27702

Be sure to include the full name and inmate number in your correspondence.  Do NOT include any personal correspondence with the inmate in your money order.

For answers to questions regarding TouchPay or to register a complaint, contact the TouchPay Customer Service Department of TouchPay by calling toll-free 866-204-1603.
